Cosmic Tides is a kinetic acrylic seascape inspired by Vancouver Island’s rocky shores around Nanaimo—those low-tide moments when bright sea stars cling to stone and the water scribbles light in every direction. Swirls of cobalt, turquoise, and sea-glass green surge around a radiant orange sea star, creating a sense of movement that feels both oceanic and otherworldly. It’s a love note to shoreline exploring: hopping rock to rock, peering into pools, and spotting those hundreds of tiny tube feet at work.
